Q: How do I send a claim to Resolution Concepts?

A: We can accept a claim in any way you would like to send. Fax, Email or Priority Mail.

Q: Do I need to have a complicated contract to send claims?

We are focused on alleviating any undo burden on our customers, therefore most of our service agreements are less than 3 pages.

Q: Do I need to commit to a certain volume per month to utilize Resolution Concepts services?

No, volume commitments are not required. You can send as few or as many as you like.

Q: What if Resolution Concepts does not achieve a settlement? Do I still pay a fee?

There are times that a facility will not negotiate. I these cases we provide you with our analysis of the claim. You determine the claim payment. If you do decide to apply our recommendations, we ask that you pay us. If you do not utilize our recommendations, no fee is due.

We have developed parameters based on diagnosis, revenue codes and surgical procedures that allow you to select claims that will maximize the opportunity for a successful resolution.

No, We are working with the facility to gain understanding of their billing practices and seek settlement resolution when there are discrepancies.
