Our Mission Statement

To Provide a facility bill cost-containment solution to our customers that focuses on demonstrated savings, while alleviating any issues of patient balance billing.   This will be accomplished by using our industry knowledge and settlement skills to work with each facility to achieve a resolution that is in everyone's best interests. 

Resolution Concepts was founded in 2003.  It is a limited liability corporation headquartered in Houston, Texas.  The company was established for TPA's.

We understand the needs of TPA's based on our first hand experience.  A unique aspect of our cost containment model is focusing on the elimination of rework.  Resolution Concepts approaches negotiation efforts with a goal to achieve substantial savings by obtaining a signed settlement agreement thereby eliminating the claim permanently.   If savings are not obtained for the health plan, there is not any fee paid to us.
