Three Step Review Process:
After the claim has been processed through our three step review process, we work directly with the facility / hospital to gain an understanding of the issues, obtain a corrected UB or sign off on the discrepancies.
Clinical Review:
Is the claim within standard clinical protocol for the diagnosis and procedure performed? All claims are reviewed by a registered nurse.
